Esme is the sister company of Cafe Foy in central Cambridge, run by co-owner Sophie.
We are a catering company in line with Foy’s spirit – simple food done super well, with a focus on big fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients.
Our goal is to bring fresh and delicious food to you, whether it’s office lunches, pop up events, picnics, workshops, retreats or celebrations at home or away.

About Sophie
Hey! I’m Sophie, the creator of Esme and co-owner of Cafe Foy in central Cambridge. I have grown up in the beautiful city of Cambridge surrounded by a love and appreciation for food and how it brings people together.
Opening a cafe has always been a dream since I can remember and it has been such a fulfilling and joyful experience. The cafe has created such a sense of community for me amongst our regulars and ever-evolving team as well as a space to be creative and try new things, whether that be a new dish or special for the menu or putting on a different themed event.
As well as the cafe, I’ve channeled my love for food and hospitality into a ski season in Meribel, France, cooking three course meals in chalets for guests, spending lockdown delivering homemade focaccia bread and dips to locals and learning new skills in pastry courses.
I have created Esme to bring Cafe Foy’s delicious food to you, using the freshest of ingredients put together with care to brighten up your corporate event or cater for that special birthday party you have been planning.
